Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Major League Towing as the service provider. By accessing, browsing, or using our website, booking our towing or roadside assistance services, or engaging with us in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services. The terms apply to all individuals, organizations, and entities who engage with us whether through our website, over the phone, or in person, and they govern your rights, responsibilities, and obligations while interacting with our company.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to engage our services. You further confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date, whether it involves personal details, vehicle details, or payment information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of services or refusal of future service requests. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a safe condition for towing and that any instructions you provide are lawful and accurate.

Major League Towing reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity if, in our judgment, providing service may pose a risk to the safety of our employees, contractors, or equipment. We also reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our service offerings at any time without prior notice. While we make every reasonable effort to arrive promptly after receiving a service request, we do not guarantee specific arrival times as delays may occur due to traffic, weather, availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers acknowledge that estimated arrival times are provided as guidance only and are not legally binding.

You agree that the fees and charges associated with towing and roadside services will be clearly communicated before service begins and that payment is required at the time of service unless an alternative arrangement is made in writing. Accepted forms of payment may include cash, credit cards, or other methods as designated by us at the time of service. Failure to provide payment may result in withholding of service or additional fees. Any disputes about charges must be raised with our office in writing within seven days of service, after which time charges will be deemed final and accepted.

While our operators and technicians exercise the highest level of care when handling vehicles, you acknowledge and accept that towing and roadside assistance involve inherent risks. Major League Towing is not responsible for damage to vehicles arising from pre-existing conditions, mechanical failures, structural weaknesses, or circumstances outside of our direct control. Customers are encouraged to disclose any special conditions about their vehicle, including lowered suspensions, aftermarket modifications, or prior damage, so that reasonable care can be taken. We are not responsible for personal belongings or valuables left inside vehicles during towing or service, and customers are advised to remove such items whenever possible.

All services provided are subject to availability. We may use subcontractors or affiliates to complete certain service requests. In such cases, we ensure that the subcontractors adhere to our professional standards; however, we are not liable for actions or omissions of third-party providers that fall outside of our control. Customers acknowledge that by accepting service, they permit us to engage such third parties as needed.

Our website may contain information, images, promotional offers, or links to third-party resources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that website content is free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Promotional offers are valid only within the time period specified and may be withdrawn at our discretion. By using the website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt its operation through hacking, unauthorized access, or other unlawful methods.

Liability for our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. Major League Towing shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, or emotional distress arising from the use of our services. Certain jurisdictions may not allow exclusions or limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Major League Towing, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law. This obligation shall survive the termination of your relationship with us.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting our customer service team to seek an amicable settlement. If a resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state in which our company is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, and by agreeing to these terms you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

These terms and conditions may be updated or revised at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Customers are encouraged to review the terms regularly to remain informed about their obligations and rights.

Termination of service may occur if you violate these terms, misuse our services, or engage in fraudulent activity. Termination does not release you from your obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges. Major League Towing reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies available in the event of nonpayment or other breaches.

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Major League Towing regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior verbal or written agreements, communications, or understandings. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, unless expressly stated in writing by us.

By engaging with Major League Towing, whether by booking a tow, requesting roadside assistance, or accessing our website, you confirm that you have read these terms, understood them, and agreed to be legally bound. These terms exist to protect both you as the customer and us as the provider, ensuring that every service is delivered with fairness, transparency, and professionalism.
